Is there any Truth to the Doom and Gloom Warnings and Predictions?

Warnings of Economic Collapse, Armageddon and The End of the World are Everywhere!

Everywhere messages of doom, gloom, death and destruction dominate TV, radio, magazines and the Internet, warning us of wars, destruction, corruption, conspiracies and cover-ups which can no longer be ignored.

So is there any truth to these depressing prophecies, forecasts and occurrences, or are the hyped headlines nothing but scare tactics and fear mongering to recruit readers and subscribers? Is this stuff for real, or are they obsessed ramblings of paranoid conspiracy theorists like Rush Limbaugh, David Ike, Michael Moore, Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson and myself, Tom Retterbush?

When you consider that any good conspiracy theorist knows that he is being watched and blacklisted by Homeland Security, the FBI and just about every acronym the US government has for “signs of discontent” (see my articles U.S. Homeland Security Monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other Sites for Signs of DiscontentHow Our Government is Tracking and Databasing Your Every Move, Is the FBI Monitoring Your Social Networks?) and that we are possibly risking serious consequences by sharing some of our information with you and the general public, we must be either crazy, passionate or serious about wanting to warn you about what is happening right now and what we believe is headed our way very soon.

I myself have written countless articles trying to warn my readers and the public in general from disasters and tragedies I feel are headed towards us, like Is Collapse Of America Inevitable?, Fears of a Total Stock Market Crash triggers Fears of Worldwide Economic Armageddon, Are You Prepared for a Possible Stock Market Crash, Depression, Anarchy, even Civil War? and The Economy is still in Trouble; Many Experts still Predict Global Economic Meltdown, as well as several other articles published here on CW, on Before Its News and on some other sites.

I get little if anything out of my sharing this information with you, other than being ridiculed by my family, friends and society as a whole, while being blacklisted and possibly persecuted by those I blame for our troubles, but the advertising revenues from my site which barely covers the coffee I drink while writing the articles.

Although prophets, priests, seers and shaman have been warning humanity of the end of the world since the dawn of civilization, we are still here. More recently, scientists, political analysts and economists have taken over trying to warn mankind of coming social, political, economical, biological and environmental destruction, but mankind is still here.

The 1950s shiny happy futurism of The Jetson gave way to much darker predictions for humanity in the 1970s. With the Cold War at its height, an energy crises, fears of terrorism and unemployment similar to today, Americans of the 1970s became very pessimistic about the future. Out of this dread, movies like Future Shock and books like The Late Great Planet Earth served up apocalyptic visions of the American future. But again, man is still here.

To the casual observer, it would seem that man is continuing to wreak havoc on the planet he lives on without much consequence, but we all know that this is not true.

This time around, man cans sense the trouble brewing. These days man no longer needs a prophet, priest, seer, shaman, scientist, analysts or economists to know what’s coming. Everybody knows that both mankind and the planet man lives on are coming to an end.

We may perish through a nuclear war, a natural disaster, a super-virus, disease, famine, starvation, overpopulation or a combination of all of the above, but the outcome is always the same no matter what destroys us. We may not admit it out loud. We may not even admit it to ourselves. But anyone who is in tune with the environment, life and the ways of the world cannot deny the sense of approaching doom.

There is no stopping it. We may be able to slow it down. We may be able to prolong our existence a few more years, but the end is inevitable.

The only possible way for mankind to survive as a species is if we are able to start over on another planet or a man-made colony in outer space.

Although there are those who believe that this technology already exists, if so, it would belong to the super-rich, who undoubtedly wouldn’t want to share an obviously limited resource with all of mankind. Particularly when taking into account that rich elitists have already been observed planning depopulation on this planet.

Considering that any possible current technology to escape earth and settle the cosmos belongs to these rich elitists, I think we must stall the destruction of our planet until we are sure even average folks can hope to be included when mankind heads for truly new worlds.

That is, unless we decide that humanity is too evil, destructive and predatory that we should not be allowed to infest the universe beyond. But who would decide?

Truly this decision could only be intrusted to a god. Man has revoked his right to decide anything of this magnitude.  Man by his actions throughout history has shown capacity for evil that sets us appart from other violent, predatory animals, making us monsters in the eyes of any species observing us. If there are aliens watching, it is obvious why they haven't made contact. If intelligent beings, they have trurned about face and left the planet earth in their rear view mirror.

So, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how this all plays out. I guees I will continue to try and keep you alerted to any approaching dangers that could be headed our way, keep you updated to any conspiracies, deceptions and cover-ups that you should know about, keep trying to motivate you to prepare for the eventuality of anarchy, and hopefully influence you to fight for your freedom, stand up for you rights and advocate justice for all.

Real Expert Predictions for 2012 and Beyond

Everybody knows the 2012 Doomsday predictions, but what can we really expect for the year 2012?

Everybody has heard the 2012 End of the World, Doomsday predictions and visions that are associated with Nostradamus, the Mayans and various religious prophets of old.

Massive environmental disasters? A planetary collision? Weird solar flares? Strange gravitational effects? A new ice age? Global famine? Global enlightenment? 2012 is loaded with “end of the world” scenarios, but will 2012 be the year the world ends, or will 2012 fizzle by with nothing noteworthy to happen at all?

You may have noticed that a lot of people believe in some 2012 Doomsday scenario. This can be partially attributed to the disaster movie "2012," coupled with a massive social media, viral marketing and a multi-million dollar advertising campaign launched by a website claiming to belong to the "Institute of Human Continuity." Though the Mayan calender phenomenon is nothing more than a numerical coincidence, with no evidence suggesting the Mayans believed the end of their Long Count calendar would spell doomsday, facts mean nothing to con artists trying to sell a book

According to Ian O'Neill of Discovery News, the whole "2012 business" is easy to debunk. "There is zero scientific evidence to suggest any 2012 doomsday scenario will happen. No one has ever predicted the future and that isn't about to change," writes O'Neill, continuing, "2012 will have its fair share of disasters, wars and turmoil, but none will have been predicted by a crazed doomsayer or prophesized by an ancient civilization."

Back on earth the freedom of the Internet will face serious challenges in 2012, with America’s New Internet Censorship System, as the SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) goes before Congress. SOPA threatens to make social sharing on sites like Facebook, Youtube, Tumblr and Twitter a thing of the past.

Predicting the state of American politics, Dr. David B. Cohen, professor of political science, believes 2012 will look an awful lot like they did in 2011. Dr. Cohen believes gridlock will reign and nothing of substance will get through the dysfunctional and unpopular Congress. If the economy improves or is perceived to be improving by the summer of 2012, President Barack Obama will likely win a second term.

Divided as to the fate of our world's economy, the majority of prominent economists do for-see the Global Economy surviving 2012, however. Even if some are hesitant about any positive predictions, it appears that most don't expect the economic Armageddon some had feared only a few short months ago.

For example, Brian Wesbury, Chief Economist of the Joint Economic Committee and member of the Academic Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, sees the recent trend in the unemployment rate and other economic measures as justifying that early optimism. "I think this is going to be a better year than the pessimistic, dour outlook that many people have laid out," Wesbury says.

Both John Herrmann, senior fixed-income strategist at State Street Global Markets in Boston, and the second most-accurate U.S. economic forecaster based on data from the last two years compiled by Bloomberg, and Bob Doll, chief equity strategist at the world’s biggest asset manager, BlackRock Inc., agree that the U.S. economy is beginning 2012 on a brighter note in a sign investors may be too pessimistic.

"There is more horsepower to this economy than most believe," Sung Won Sohn, an economics professor at California State University, said. "The stars are aligned right for a meaningful economic recovery."

Considering my thorough investigation of the 2012 phenomenon, many would consider me an expert, as I have written several articles on the subject, the latest being the encouraging article, Why Experts say World will NOT End in 2012, which included reassuring testimony from Dr. David Morrison, who runs NASA's 'Ask an Astrobiologist' service. So, considering the positive outlooks of all these experts I researched, why can I not shake a sense of impending doom headed towards humanity? No matter the lack of concrete evidence or how hard I try, I can't help but fear for the survival of mankind, as well as worry about the future of our planet.

It could be, because never before in our history have there been so many different circumstances that could spell disaster for our survival. Never mind the 2012 Doomsday predictions of Nostradamus, the Mayans and religious prophets, and never mind the encouraging financial predictions by some of the world's leading economists, NASA reports solar flares could cause power grid systems collapses and total power blackouts for months on 100 million people in the U.S. along with many millions across the globe, while a solar Maunder minimum could bring about a new ice age and global famine. Meanwhile, leading meteorologists like Professor James McCarthy, are predicting more and worse disastrous whether patterns than ever before in recorded history. They warn that the disasters we witnessed in 2011 were but a preview of the record-breaking earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, tornadoes, floods, fires and droughts to come, as there is abundant evidence of an unprecedented number of severe weather events.
“Weather records are being set all the time now. We’re in an era of unprecedented extreme weather events.” - Professor James McCarthy
And lets not dismiss, Web Bot reports of a ’data gap’ due to solar flare activity found between early 2012 running through May 2013, “supporting large scale “wild card” events involving countless UFO sightings or landings in 2012 or beyond.

But no, rather than these 2012 Doomsday scenarios, the real cause of  man's meltdown will more likely be "predatory capitalism," the malicious form of our economic system that encourages extensive exploitation to benefit a minority of already very wealthy people.

This new political system has big business, rather than governments, controlling everything. Corporate CEO's control international, national, even local policies, assets and actions down to minute detail. In their relentless drive to amass ever greater fortunes, they have destroyed the planet we live on, while widening the gap between the haves and the have-nots and doubling those who are malnourished or starving.

We are at a critical time in human history. A storm is rapidly forming on the horizon. With every person in the world is connected like never before in history via the World Wide Web and cell phones, most people understand that we are being threatened by a number of serious economic, technological, social, environmental and natural disasters.

Whether you believe in the 2012 Doomsday predictions or not, most of you will agree that we must turn things around. We must abandon our gluttonous, exploitative ways in favor of lifestyles and systems so that our children and grandchildren may inherit a world they will want to inhabit. We must become sustainable.

This article is meant as a call to action. It may already be too late, so we cannot afford to wait any longer. We need to begin bringing about the changes needed to save our planet and humanity, immediately. We must do whatever is necessary to save our earth and with her mankind as a species.

JFK Warned America about Secret Society Governments Long Ago

John F. Kennedy Speech on April 27, 1961 in New York  City

In a speech that should shock Americans, JFK warns the press and America to be on the lookout for the exact circumstances that have manifest themselves under virtually every Administration from Washington to Obama.

Kennedy died trying to warn America...

JFK's speech should chill Americans to the bone.

"The very word "'secrecy'" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know." - John F. Kennedy, New York City, April 27, 1961

These words explain a lot. Not only does it the show Kennedy's awareness of secret societies, it shows they already existed in his day, that he was aware of  their goal of one world government and of their striving for world domination. JFK wanted to stop the secret societies, abolish the Federal Reserve and the C.I.A.

On November 22, 1963, hardly past his first thousand days in office, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was killed by multiple assassin's bullets as his motorcade took and unscheduled turn in Dallas.  The Secret Service was not by his side, they had been called off of his motorcade. Who would have the power to call off the President's bodyguards?

Kennedy was the youngest man elected President; and youngest to die.

His brother Bobby ran for president in 1968, but he was assassinated prior to even becoming the Democratic nominee.

Graduating from Harvard in 1940, he entered the Navy. In 1943, when his PT boat was rammed and sunk by a Japanese destroyer, JFK, despite grave injuries, led the survivors through perilous waters to safety. He is a war hero.

Don't let his death be in vain. This speech which has now transcended time could be the key to saving America from the fate which looms over it like a dark spectre.

How much do you believe President Kennedy knew about the secret societies? Was he part of it all? Or was he trying to get out? Could this be why he was killed?

Economists Still Fear a U.S. Financial, Recession Depression or Armageddon

For more than two decades, economists have predicted a major US depression.

I originally wrote this article almost two years ago, but though the timetable has proven to be somewhat off,  the US, European and world economies are in more trouble than ever.

Though the expected turmoil never appeared, at least, not yet...economists admit we are by no means safe. America, even the world, could plunge into an depression or economic Apocalypse at the drop of a hat. Our economies have become so complex and interwoven with other economies, that anything could happen.

People are thinking we've once again weathered the storm. Everybody knows times are tough, but everybody thinks we're over the worst and that things will soon get better.

Now, with economists peddling dire warnings that the world's number one economy is on the brink of collapse, amid high rates of unemployment and a spiraling public deficit, everybody thinks they're crying wolf, including our government officials!

The guru of THIS doomsday is economist Nouriel Roubini, who first gained national recognition after predicting the chaos wrought by the mortgage crisis and the collapse of the housing bubble.

"The US has run out of bullets," Roubini told an economic forum in Italy earlier this month. "Any shock at this point can tip you back into recession."

But other economists, who have so far stayed out of the media limelight, are also proselytizing nightmarish visions of the future.

Economics Professor Roubini
Boston University professor Laurence Kotlikoff, who warned as far back as the 1980s of the dangers of a public deficit, lent credence to such dark predictions in an International Monetary Fund publication last week.

He unveiled a doomsday scenario -- which many dismiss as pure fantasy -- of an economic clash between superpowers the United States and China, which holds more than 843 billion dollars of US Treasury bonds.

"A minor trade dispute between the United States and China could make some people think that other people are going to sell US treasury bonds."

"That belief, coupled with major concern about inflation, could lead to a sell-off of government bonds that causes the public to withdraw their bank deposits and buy durable goods."

Kotlikoff warned such a move would spark a run on banks and money market funds as well as insurance companies as policy holders cash in their surrender values.

"In a short period of time, the Federal Reserve would have to print trillions of dollars to cover its explicit and implicit guarantees. All that new money could produce strong inflation, perhaps hyperinflation," he said.

"There are other less apocalyptic, perhaps more plausible, but still quite unpleasant, scenarios that could result from multiple equilibria."

According to a poll by the StrategyOne Institute published Friday, some 65 percent of Americans believe there will be a new recession.

And the view that America is on a decline seems rather well ingrained in many people's minds supported by 65 percent of people questioned in a Wall Street Journal/NBC poll published last week.

"It is true: Today's economic problems are structural, not cyclical," argued New York Times editorial writer David Brooks.

He said the United Sates is losing its world dominance much in the same way the British Empire began to crumble more than a century ago.

"We are in the middle of yet another jobless recovery. Wages have been lagging for decades. Our labor market woes are deep and intractable," Brooks said.

Nobel Economics Prize winner Paul Krugman also voiced concern about the fate of the fragile economic recovery if voters return the Republicans to political power.

"It's hard to overstate how destructive the economic ideas offered earlier this week by John Boehner, the House minority leader, would be if put into practice," he wrote in a recent editorial.

"Fewer jobs and bigger deficits -- the perfect combination."

The Wall Street Journal, usually more favorable to Boehner's call for tax cuts, ran a commentary from another Nobel Prize-winning economist -- Vernon Smith -- that failed to provide much comfort for readers.

"This fact needs to be confronted: We are almost surely in for a long slog," Smith wrote.

And it seems such pessimism has even filtered into the IMF, which warned on Friday that high levels of national debt and a still shaky financial sector threaten to derail the global economic recovery.

"The foreclosure backlog in US property markets is large and growing, in part due to the recent expiration of the home buyer's tax credit. When realized, this could further depress real estate prices."

This could lead to "disproportionate losses" for small and medium-sized banks, which could in turn "precipitate a loss of market confidence in the recovery," the IMF warned.

As foreign nations lose interest in financing Washington's deficits, interest rates will soar. Soon, America will face the economic burden of 76 million aging boomers. Beginning in 2011, expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security will start to grow rapidly. During this same period it is likely that peak oil will have been reached; this alone promises to cause worldwide devastation.

In summary, America's declining economic position and weakened competitive landscape will become major issues at hand the trade imbalance and federal debt, free trade, healthcare, Social Security, pensions, the real estate bubble, the war in Iraq, tensions in the Middle East, the global oil shortage, and the effect baby boomers will have when they realize that they will never see the Golden Years they had been promised.

But this is all just the beginning. If you want a clearer piture of our future, go see The Book of Eli.

Then you may want to get your affairs in order and prepare for the end.
